 A deposit of $500 is necessary for a month or more reservation
during the months of January, February, March or April. $400 is
refundable up to 30 days before arrival; cancellation within 30
days of arrival forfeits the entire deposit unless we can re-rent
the apartment. In that case, you will receive $400 back.
Any other monthly rental requires a $250 deposit with $200 refundable
up to two weeks prior to arrival. 3-Day and weekly rentals require
a single night deposit, refundable with 72 hours notice prior
to arrival.
Apartment telephones have a long distance block on them; you can
call any long distance number and charge it to a MasterCard, Visa,
American Express, AT&T or other phone card; but you must first
dial 00 and wait for an operator who will ask how you want to
bill your calls. There is no charge for local calls.

 If you rent for one full month during January, February or March
and post a $500 deposit before March 31st of the previous year,
we can guarantee (under "most" circumstances) a specific apartment.
If you rent after March 31st for the following winter season,
December through March, we cannot (under "any" circumstances)
guarantee a specific apartment. Apartments are assigned 14 days
before arrival, allowing you to call in advance for your mailing
address and telephone number. Exceptions will only be made for
"wheelchair bound" guests.
- We cannot accept rentals of 2 bedroom apartments for less than
4 days at any time during the year. We apologize for any inconvenience
this may cause.
- Pets are always welcome at our facility;
however, a maximum weight for a pet is 40 pounds. One pet is allowed. Pet fee is $1.00 per day, up to a total of $250. We must require that tenants clean up the grounds after their pets, as
it is only fair to all our other residents and guests.
- Late Check-in Policy:
If you are arriving after 5:00pm please let us know and we will
put the key in a lockbox to the right of the front door of our
office. We will give you an access code when you call to let
us know you will not be in by 5:00pm. A map with your last name
will be on our office front door and will tell you what lockbox
your key is in. Punch in your code, get your key. Put the lid
back on the lockbox , get your map and proceed to your condo.
Please check in with us the next morning.
- We refund only 1/3 of the unused portion of a monthly rental.
Example: $900 monthly rent - 30-day month and you stay 20 days,
10 days are unused or $300 worth of the rental; we refund 1/3
or $100 of the unused $300.
