General:
  • Holding over is not permitted without management office consent.
  • Noise resulting in complaints by other occupants and/or public desturbance is not permitted.
  • Bicycles may not be stored in common areas.
  • Children are not permitted to play in walkways, stairwells or elevators.
  • No towel, garments or laundry is to be hung from balcony railing or ledges.
  • Pool hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • No washing or repairing of vehicles on premises.
  • No mobile homes, RV's, boats, trailers, trucks (except pickups) or similar vehicles may be parked on premises without prior association management approval.
  • No skating or roller blading allowed in the common areas.
  • Bathroom & Cleaning Supplies: An initial supply of bathroom tissue and soap are provided for your check-in convenience. Additional supplies should be purchases with your groceries and any special cleaning supply that you require.
  • Hallways: Please do not leave your garbage outside your front door until you have time to take it to the dumpster.
  • Housekeeping: Your condo will be cleaned following your departure. We ask that you leave the condo as neat as possible when you leave. During your stay, housekeeping is up to you. Maid service is available for an additional cost and requires advance arrangements.
  • Linens: Your linens are supplied at the beginning of your tenancy and are not changed daily.
  • Mail Delivery: Two weeks prior to your arrival (14 days before), please call to confirm your exact room number so you can have your mail forwarded to your own apartment's mail box. At the same time, you can get your telephone number.
  • Maintenance: We provide maintenance to the condos, as required, on a priority basis. Please report any problems as soon as they occur to the front desk. We appreciate any suggestions or comments you have regarding the condition of your condo.
  • Park At Your Own Risk: Vehicles, personal property, equipment, etc., utlizing the parking areas are subject to damage, vandalism, theft or other loss. The Lodge at Sun Ridge, accepts no responsibility or liability for any such loss.
  • Telephone Calls: Each condo has its own private phone line. Local calls are free; long distance calls must be made collect or charged to a calling card or credit card. There is no switchboard at Sun Ridge; be sure your friends have the phone number to you condo.
  • Check-Out: Check-out must be not later than 10:00 a.m. Please remember, you have rented someone's personal property. Please leave it as neat as possible. Extra cleaning charges apply for units left unusually dirty. Be sure to close and lock the condominium door behind you.
  • Key Return: Please, do not leave the keys in the condo. There is a key drop on the lower right front door to our office. Push the window marked "Key Drop Open," and drop the keys through.
