Late fee is $50.00 per day. All rent and $50.00 late fee due by 5:00 PM on second day. All bad check passers will be evicted immediately. * Springs One Bed, One Bath: Units have a 2-burner top instead of a 4-burner stove-oven, and no dishwasher. ** All dens are set up as a small second bedroom with a twin or double bed.
