Policies
- Check-Out: Check-out must be not later than 10:00 a.m. Please remember, you have rented
someone's personal property. Please leave it as neat as possible.
Extra cleaning charges apply for units left unusually dirty. Be
sure to close and lock the condominium door behind you.
General:
- Holding over is not permitted without management office consent.
- Noise resulting in complaints by other occupants and/or public
disturbance is not permitted.
- Bicycles may not be stored in common areas.
- Children are not permitted to play in walkways, stairwells or
elevators.
- No towel, garments or laundry is to be hung from balcony railing
or ledges.
- Pool hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- No washing or repairing of vehicles on premises.
- No mobile homes, RV's, boats, trailers, trucks (except pickups)
or similar vehicles may be parked on premises without prior association
management approval.
- Mail Delivery: Two weeks prior to your arrival (14 days before), please call
to confirm your exact room number so you can have your mail forwarded
to your own apartment's mail box. At the same time, you can get
your telephone number.
- Maintenance: We provide maintenance to the condos, as required, on a priority
basis. Please report any problems as soon as they occur to the
front desk. We appreciate any suggestions or comments you have
regarding the condition of your condo.
- Park At Your Own Risk: Vehicles, personal property, equipment, etc., utilizing the parking
areas are subject to damage, vandalism, theft or other loss. The
Lodge at Sun Ridge, accepts no responsibility or liability for
any such loss.
